Back to the Exercise

Well, I've gained back a few pounds recently and it is time to start up the exercise routine again. My wife and I have been using a DVD exercise program that works quite well for us. Get up in the morning, pop in the DVD, follow along, and get on with the day. I would like to gain some muscle back but fat burning exercises are all I need for right now.
That and diet is the usual problem for me.
