I have never worked in the industry myself, but I always think a good career would be in health care jobs. There are a number of good qualities to these types of positions. Shift work is available for increased pay and longer stretches of days off. There is generally good pay to start off with. Flexibility in regards to where you work as there are medical facilities all over the world and in any decent sized town and larger. It is an industry that will always be around. I recommend a lot of people going into this type of career choice if they can.
