I had to rehab my hand a few years back from an accident with power tools. One of the neatest devices I used during rehab was an electronic muscle stimulator. It would for my hand to flex strong enough to work through the scar tissue and extend my range of motion farther than where I had it. Very neat device. I have seen chiropractors use them as well.
