The Condo Era

The era of condominiums has really arrived. Not just for retirees looking to downsize, they are being sold to young couples, career focused individuals, investors, and those looking for a vacation property.

It has made it handy for those of us who travel as well. You can rent a lot of these condo units from the owners for a week or even a month sometimes as they only use them part of the year. Condo Hotels have become very popular.

There are tons of sites where you can research and look for properties all over the place that are for sale or for rent in prime locations.
