Managing Our Weight

I have recently put on a few pounds unfortunately. It seems that I have passed my high metabolism stage and need to start watching what I eat and getting some more exercise. It's unfortunate, but that is what age does to you.
I have hit the gym in the past, but for the most part, it is establishing routine and discipline. The last thing I want to do is turn to weight loss pills or something to that effect.
