Shedding a Few Pounds

I have put a few pounds on again and it is time to lose some weight. Diet and exercise will be strategy for now. I'm not one to buy the latest top diet pills or go on the latest popular diet.
Treadmill and no bad snacks will be my first option. The biggest thing is just being persistent and getting into a routine. That is always the key to getting control of your weight and just feeling healthy.
