Losing Weight
I am going through the lose weight loop again. I'm not someone that most people would think needs to lose any weight, but I am a good 20 pounds heavier than when I was married a few years ago. People considered me skinny back then.
It's just nice to slim off a bit. It's a feeling of a accomplishment and usually means I have gotten myself into a good exercise and healthier eating routine. This makes me feel a lot better overall.
This time I am sticking to the treadmill program. No weights and all cardio.
