Exercise and Procrastination
I have been procrastinating with the exercise routine for the past several months. I don't know what it is, but I have been in a real slump. I have all the exercise equipment at work to use, but it is easy to work through lunch or go for lunch on any given day.
I would still like to lose a few pounds and just have some more energy, so I will have to set a schedule again for the treadmill and weights to try and strike some kind of balance.
I have found watching videos on my iPod while running on a treadmill is a great way to get motivated. You need a treadmill with a magazine rack however.
