Workout Machines
One of the more popular workout machines is definitely the elliptical nowadays. I can definitely see why. It is ten times easier on your joints and can give you a good overall workout. Not only are your legs moving, but most of them have the handles to get your arms involved as well.
I enjoy cycling, but I do find it is a lot harder to get my heart rate up than it is with running. Perhaps it is a strength issue in my legs, but I tire easier trying to get over 150 BPM then with running. In fact, if I just run, I can clear 150 BPM consistently for most of the workout.
