Time For An Exercise Regime
Summer is half way through and people are starting to go back to work and even think about getting kids back into school. Starting routine again is also on people's minds.
Getting back into an exercise routine is one item for a lot of people (including me). Whether you run on the treadmill, do yoga, lift a few weights, use an elliptical, or just do a few pushups at home, it is good to do something.
My personal preference is treadmill and some weights, but I am also a guy and don't have very lofty ambitions other than shed a few pounds and lean up.
