10 Pounds Less After My Trip
After my month long trip this summer to the middle-east, I managed to shed 10 pounds. I have gained a few back already unfortunately. How did I lose this weight? It was fairly simple. Diet and exercise.
There was no need for diet pills. Everyday I was walking, going up and down stairs, eating less, drinking more water, and had a lot of routine going on around my eating habits.
It is the same formula that always works, but seems hard to do.
