Dropped 12 Pounds
I recently dropped 12 pounds on my trip. This was from a change in diet and more exercise primarily. I have managed to keep it off for close to 2 months now though. Exercise and watching what I eat has been the main course of action.
A lot of people are trying herbal weight loss pills and metabolism boosting drugs, which do seem to work as well. I'm going the traditional way and it has worked well for me (and is cheaper).
