Weight Loss

As part of my whole exercise routine, I have also been watching what I eat. Not really a weight loss diet, but more of a "try to eat healthier overall" type of thing. I eat smaller, but more frequent meals. Nothing high in fats or carbs unless I'm treating myself on the weekends or something. Overall it has worked fairly well. I'm a dozen pounds lighter or so and maintaining it without feeling like I'm on some kind of crazy diet or being hungry all the time.
