When you are working, there is nothing that can be more conducive to being efficient than a positive working environment. This can be lighting, noise levels, interruption control, and even the office furniture. Finding what works for you and maintaining that is the key part. This doesn't mean you have to be anal about what type of chair or desk you have. But make the most of what you have available and add the necessary accessories that turn them into something comfortable or whatever it is that suits your needs.
