Shedding the Weight
I have started getting into the best shape I have been in the past 10 years recently. I started on a program that involves daily exercise and a nutrition plan. A lot harder than a slimming pill, but it has already shown some pretty good results.
Increased muscle definition, dropped weight, and my body fat percentage has dropped slightly so far. It is a 90 day program and I'm only half way through, so we'll have to see the results at the end.
