Trimming Down
I have managed to drop around 15 pounds and keep it off recently. It start with a trip to India, haha. That was the initial weight loss as the food and the smothering heat tend to discourage over-consuming any quantity of food.
The trick was when I got back. No, I wasn't out looking for the best weight loss supplement. I stuck to exercise and some smarter food decisions. Club soda (0 calories) instead of regular soft drinks and no binging on the fatty snack foods like potato chips.
