Aging
I hit the big 3-0 last month and age is starting to be more on my mind. Not in a bad way, but you definitely ponder where you are and how you feel. Aging begins to catch up a bit too. Still in good shape, but healing from minor injuries and general soreness definitely takes a longer amount of time. Staying up late is a guarantee to get the dark under eye circles.
Since I started an exercise program, I have found it has definitely helped in my overall well-being. I feel I have more energy, I have better performance in sports, and I have very few "sore" days.
