Working Out At Home
My wife and I have been doing a home exercise program since around September of 2009. It has turned out to be a good experience. I am always impressed with how fit you can actually get at home without minimal equipment. Gym memberships are not necessary, unless you really like the motivation of going to the gym and working out with others. At home, all you really need is some space, set of dumbbells, a dip station, and maybe a mat for the floor. You can get truly fit by just being committed and following the basics.
