Cholesterol
Cholesterol has become one of the most recognized health concerns for individuals old and young. Good cholesterol and bad cholesterol are touted as major factors in ones health. I personally had a low "good" cholesterol measurement for some time. There are a few recommendations on how to elevate it. Eating my greens, omega 3's, cardio, niacin (vitamin B12), and even a glass of red wine a day. Not a proven fact as to what will work, but there are some ideas to try. Whatever type of cholesterol treatment you need, your measurement of cholesterol levels is definitely a good indicator as to your overall health.
