I can honestly say I have never had a hemorrhoid, but I do know people that have. Very painful and very annoying. Unfortunately, the take a little while to go away, but there is some hemorrhoids treatment that you can seek out for it. A lot of hemorrhoid prevention is done by knowing what causes it for youself too. Traveler's diarhea can trigger it for example. Prevention is key for those who are prone to it. A lot of times there is nothing you can do, but just wait it out.
