Losing Weight Again
I'm back on the exercise routine again as well as trying to control my caloric intake. Walking, weights, protein shakes, and less fatty foods is the primary tactic. I'm not really interested in metabolism boosters like nuphedragen at this point. However, I have had friends take them and they do work. An alternative for those really not motivated enough to exercise or have have had difficulties staying on the band wagon.
